2. Ordering & Shipping Policy

• Post-Order Shipping Invoices: Due to the weight and volume of armor and historical gear, shipping is not charged at initial checkout. You will receive a separate invoice via email with the most economical shipping rate after your order is received.
• Dispatch: Orders will only be dispatched with tracking information once the full product and shipping invoice have been paid.

• Defect Claims: Claims must be sent to info@knightforgearena.com with photo/video evidence.
• Exclusions: Custom-made items or bespoke commissions are non-returnable unless a structural manufacturing defect is present.
