At Knight Forge Arena LTD, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our armor, leather goods, and historical apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. The 7-Day Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your situation must fall under one of the following categories:

  • Defective or Damaged: The item arrived broken, dented, or with a clear manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size sent, wrong color, or wrong item entirely).
  • Incomplete Order: Missing parts or components.

Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom/Bespoke Orders: Items made to specific custom measurements or with personalized engravings cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that show obvious signs of use, wear and tear, or alteration by the customer.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team immediately at info@knightforgearena.com.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:
    • Your Order Number.
    • A description of the defect or issue.
    • Photos/Video: Clear images or video showing the defect or damage is required for us to assess the claim.
  3. Approval: Once we review your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If your return is approved due to a defect, we will replace the item with a new one free of charge.
  • Refunds: If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time for your bank to post the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Knight Forge Arena LTD will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items.
  • Change of Mind: If we accept a return for reasons other than a defect (at our discretion), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
